The way our nervous system responds to stress determines the way we show up in our lives, the relationships that we have, how successful we are at work and much more.

I began to understand and heal my nervous system in 2022. I realised what an important facet my nervous system was and how it impacted everything that I did in life. From my relationship with myself, family and friends, peers and colleagues, to the decisions I was making when it came to home life, career, business, my self-development and personal projects.

 

Understanding my nervous system has enabled me to:

- navigate life challenges and manage stressful periods in life;

- find a deep sense of love and acceptance for myself;

- improve and deepen the relationships in my life;

- become more compassionate about my mental health;

- make life decisions with internal safety in mind, rather than making decisions from a survival mindset.

 

Understanding ourselves goes deeper than mindset tools and actionable goal-setting. Learning how our own nervous system shows up in life is the key to success in life.
